Overview
Finance and administration management tool. They were building on previous success with NFS, which efficiently replaced Google Spreadsheets enhancing its capabilities and user experience.
This new iteration of NFS is designed to be even more scalable and seamlessly integrated, reinforcing our commitment to evolving and improving our in-house solutions.
Filtering
Creating a user-selectable filter for specific records is a common feature in UI/UX design, enhancing user interaction and data management. To implement this effectively, consider a dropdown offering clear categories or criteria for filtering.
The design should be intuitive, ensuring users easily understand how to select and apply filters.
My approach to user flow is to select one of many records.
Gallery view
Switcher that allows you to create multiple dedicated views using two layouts: table and gallery. In this instance, you can see the Designers' view.
Explore the process of creating a new view from a table. After selecting filters and columns, and sorting them, you can save this specific view. This way, you won't have to repeatedly set it up, especially in scenarios like daily work routines. For example, when an owner wants to review their designer's work.
Record Details
In addition to these features, the upcoming version of NFS is set to revolutionize the way users view and interact with data. We're introducing a full-row preview feature within our data tables, enabling users to access detailed insights into each entry. This move will significantly enhance our ability to delve into the finer details of financial and administrative data.
